Duties: |
Glevum Associates is currently seeking an Evaluation Design/Management Specialist supporting US government effort to evaluate the performance and inform the design of development and governance programs, ranging from policy-level strategic planning to in-country, host nation project monitoring and evaluations. Key responsibilities could include:
• Collect, analyze, and share data and results with key stakeholders.
• Design and maintain research and evaluation data system, including cleaning, merging and analyzing large data sets Documenting changes to data over time.
• Set timelines, collection windows, and collection approaches to ensure participation rates for all data collection activities.
• Report research and evaluation data in a timely, concise, meaningful manner to a variety of stakeholders.
• Work closely with key personnel to design and implement long-term and short-term projects that will support research goals.
• Engage in learning conversations with a variety of stakeholders about research findings to drive programmatic improvement.

Qualifications: |
• Masters Degree and 10 to 15 years professional experience
• Excellent written and oral communications, organization skills and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present effectively.
• Clear expertise and experience working with data management/analysis.
• Highly proficient with statistical software such as SPSS,STATA,SAS
• Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to work both in fast-paced, collaborative environment and in a highly independent manner.
• Have operated in, or had experience with, project or program evaluation in developing, emerging or transitioning nations
• Experience in supporting Department of State programs a plus
