Description:

HLP Integration, a leader in strategic electronic discovery and litigation support, has an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Executive to manage all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting through contract negotiations.

The Sales Executive’s main responsibility is to meet or exceed agreed upon monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals by participating in the following:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing client base.
  • Research, cultivate and qualify high-level prospects in law firms and corporate legal departments who influence the option to outsource forensic collections and e-discovery services.
  • Pursue business development opportunities using creative approaches.
  • Prepare customized presentations and proposals in order to secure business among existing and potential clients.
  • Proficiently demonstrate HLP Integration’s suite of applications to tech-savvy prospects and clients.
  • Identify and respond to the opportunity for long-term contracts with various legal entities.
  • Ensure that customer expectations are met throughout the scope of a project.
  • Maintain contact information and pipeline projections.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Ideal candidates for the Sales Executives will have the following expertise and education:

  • Five years of experience in sales, litigation support, e-discovery or the equivalent.
  • Law firm and/or litigation support service provider experience a plus.
  • Conceptual understanding of technology and applying technology in support of litigation.
  • Ability to demonstrate HLP Integration’s technical service applications.
  • Ability to lead presentations regarding HLP Integration’s industry differentiators and service offerings to all levels of personnel within a law firm or corporate legal department.
  • Ability to assess and articulate costs/benefits of service options presented to client.
  • Ability to manage and assess client needs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with ability to work independently.
  • Must be available on company issued cell phone/Blackberry at all times.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
